Simple Photoshop Elements - summary

1. Straighten and crop (Crop Tool)

2. Levels (Enhance > Adjust Lighting > Levels)

3. Adjust dark and/or highlight areas (Edit >Quick >Lighting > Lighten Shadows or Darken Highlights or Midtone Contrast

4. Adjust Sharpness (Enhance >Adjust Sharpness - Amount 40%, Radius 1.0 pixels, Remove: Lens Blur)

5. Save - if using Elements from iPhoto, adjusted photo will be saved in iPhoto and the original version is still available via Revert to Original)
