HOW TO


ADD GROUP MAILING TO CONTACTS

 

1. Open CONTACTS.

2. Go to File > New Group.

3. Type a Name for your New Group.

4. You can also Edit your New Group Name by going to Contacts > Edit

5. To add people into your New Group, select All Contacts, then drag/copy desired names into your New Group (note: these are copies).

6. To send an email to your New Group, open up a new email, type the New Group Name into the To: box. A small chevron allows you to view names in the Group. Note: Group Mailing can be sent BCC if you wish to keep email addresses private.
