Missing characters in some web browsers at certain websites

Also PDF edited version of a newsletter reverted back to unedited version in some browsers after uploaded to a website. Used Preview to Edit>Tools>Annotate

My Workaround Fix : Exported edited PDF as a new PDF (this also reduced size of PDF 50%)

PDF means Portable Document Format - developed by Adobe in 1990s to share documents cross-platform without losing formatting.
